Power of Attorney

A Power of Attorney is done and signed in person at the  Consulate office. The Applicant should call for an appointment at 902- 700 6768 and provide  the following:

 

• Original Lebanese ID (Tazkarat al-Hawiya or Ikhraj Kayd ). 

• Original Canadian ID (Showing the picture of the applicant).

•  For property matters a copy of the Deed is required.

• Fees:

  • $120.00 CDN, per signature per applicant for a General Power of Attorney.

  • $60.00 CDN, per signature per applicant for a Special Power of Attorney.

A - General or Special Power of Attorney done by a Notary Public.

 

The Consulate office can legalize a General or a Special Power of Attorney done by a Notary public and Legalized by

Nova Scotia department of justice.

• Fees:

  • $120.00 CDN, per signature per applicant, for a General Power of Attorney.

  • $60.00 CDN, per signature per applicant, for a Special Power of Attorney,
