Transport of Remains/Ashes

Contact a funeral home to assist in providing the following documents:

• Medical Certificate, and Statement of Death, issued by the Canadian Government.

• Certificate for shipment of the body outside the province

• Burial Permit

• Letter of non-contagious diseases issued by an authorized health institution

• Letter of embalming

• Letter of the sealed casket

• Canadian Passport of the deceased

• Lebanese ID of the deceased (Tazkara "بطاقة هوية" or Ikhraj Kayd)

• Lebanese Passport to be canceled(if applicable)

• FEES= CDN$60.00
